He arrived at 2 AM to count inventory, single-handedly created new systems from scratch, and transformed a dysfunctional operation into a model of efficiency. Later, when a business collapse left him stranded and homeless in Seattle, he didn't quit. He slept in truck yards to stay warm and delivered food on foot to generate capital. He transformed a single $200 loan from a stranger into the seed that rebuilt his enterprise, proving that discipline is the only currency that matters when your back is against the wall.
